I frequently work with brides on a budget, but please know that the items below can be tailored to your event. Whether it be corporate or social, I am here to help you plan how I can handle all the details for you when it comes to the special day!

You are in luck because I only offer one package!

Six to Three Months Before

  • Zoom meeting (I want to make sure we will be a good fit for each other!)
  • Help you diffuse your anxieties or butterflies
  • Venue walk through
  • Help you establish a count down to-do list, especially for the week of
  • Assure you that I can help bring calm to the chaos!

One Month Before

  • Unlimited communication 1-2 Zoom meetings, or in person if you prefer depending on your location
  • Help you finalize detailed timelines for the entire day (your arrival, family arrival, bridal party arrival, vendor arrival, ceremony and reception then departures of guests and you)
  • Communicate with vendors to make sure they are good to go, give them my contact so they can contact me from there on out if needed, and get them our final timeline
  • Help you think of the last minute “I didn’t think of that!!” items you may have or have not thought of, haha!

Day/Night Before

  • Re-group on any last minute changes
  • Assist with decor or cookie drop off
  • Execute rehearsal – and I mean down to the very last detail!
  • Assist bridal party with walk down to their song and then to their positions
  • Assist family walk downs/positions
  • Practice walk down with your song (we need to know at what part of your song you make your grand entrance!)

Magical Day Of!

  • I’ll be the first to arrive to manage now all vendors, bridal party and family and most importantly- YOU!
  • I will handle any issues that may come along our way
  • I will help get your guests seated and in their spots before your big debut
  • Help with distribution of floral arrangements and boutonnieres (you would be surprised at how many dads and grandpas get missed on this one!)
  • Assist the photographer on the stressful family photo lineups
  • Make sure you and your bridal party are the first to drink, eat and enjoy being married!
  • Keep to the timeline
